What Coaching Includes:
- Free 30-Minute Consultation Call: We’ll discuss your goals and see if coaching is the right fit.
- Personalized Training Plan via VDOT App: Your schedule syncs seamlessly with your watch, and you’ll have easy access to your plan in the app.
- Regular Communication: I’ll check in with you 2–3 times a week through the VDOT app or text messaging. Have questions or need adjustments? I’m available anytime.
- Flexibility: Life happens! Your plan is created in advance but can be adjusted to fit your changing schedule.
About Your Coach
I’ve been a runner for over 25 years and a coach who believes in sustainable training, consistency, and long-term progress. After rediscovering my competitive drive post-motherhood, I qualified for and ran the Boston Marathon in 2019 and continue to set PRs as a Masters runner.
As a working mom, I understand the challenges of balancing training with real life. My coaching approach focuses on realistic schedules that still allow athletes to chase big goals — and enjoy the process along the way.
