Refund policy

At Breaking Tape, every item is made-to-order just for you. Here’s what you can expect when you shop with us:

Processing Time

Your order will be created in-house and usually ships within 3–7 business days. Bulk team orders may take a little longer, and we’ll let you know if that’s the case.

Shipping

  • We ship with USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

  • Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • Once a package is marked “delivered” by USPS, we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen items, but we’ll help you connect with your local post office if needed.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are custom-made, all sales are final. We can’t accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check names, team info, and colors before you order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in production.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days with photos so we can send a replacement or refund.

Custom Designs

We love creating personalized items! Just be sure you have permission to use any logos or designs you send us.
