We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Standard processing times vary depending on the product type:
Custom Items: Processing and production times may vary based on order volume. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping.
Non-Custom Items: Typically ship within 3 business days.
Shipping times depend on the selected shipping method at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us! However, due to the personalized nature of our custom items, all sales on custom products are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized or made-to-order products.
That said, we want you to love your custom order! If there is an issue with your item, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
For all non-custom items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at breakingtapedesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Sticker Care: Wipe down surface with alcohol and let completely dry.
Apply sticker using pressure. Wait at least 24 hours before hand washing.
Hand wash only and dry immediately (No soaking or dishwasher)
Stickers are water resistant not water proof.
Magnets are made of the same material with the addition of 20 mil magnets. They are ideal for lockers, fridges, white boards, filing cabinets and cruise doors. They are not suitable for cars.
